Well we made it one year so far…not bad. Here are a few highlights of the last year:
1) 10 exhibitions!
2) Fantastic works and projects by artists like Jim Draper, Ian Chase, Morisson Pierce, Greta Songe, Matt Allison, David Lauderdale, Kurt Polkey, Max Wood, Russell Maycumber, Tony Rodrigues, Sarah Colado, Patrick Moser, and Loren Myhre.
3) The JTA Artwalk/Artride event.
4) Russell’s saturday morning art opening where cereal and pop-tarts were served.
5) Displaying a video through the window which led to the subject of the video getting a job.
6) episode IV.
7) Great big thank yous to Mark George (who has done so much for us), and Jim Draper, Cabeth Cornelius, Steve Williams, Rachel Levanger, Keaton Orsborn, Clark Lunberry, Ian Chase, Russell Maycumber, Noli Novak, George Cornwell, Bob White, Amy Crane, Susan Demato, Terry Lorince, Pamela Nix Elms and many others for their support and friendship.
Lots of changes ahead– new interns, some weekdays hours, projects by Jenny Hager, Nestor Armando Gil, and many more…
